We are open with a covid-19 protocol.

Scott & Lynn will be available to take care of all your individual needs.
Individual drop off time (please stick to the time slot arranged).

Keep you & pets 2 metres apart at all times.

1 person ONLY where possible to drop off pets. No children please.

Please use the sanitizer located at reception door before entering

1 customer to enter our reception with animals.

Please put your animal behind the gate in reception with a lead attached or on the floor in a cat carrier.

At this time for extra safety could we ask that you do not provide your own bedding & toys for your pets, we will supply these for your pets.

Leave any medication / instructions on our reception desk.

We can then safely get your pet/s & take them to their accommodation , remove your pets collars, leads etc.

Please stick to the appointment time given.

Payments in cash must be in a bag or envelope. We can also take card or bank transfer (please ask for details).

Payments on arrival only please.

What happens when your dog is with us?

Your dog will be in a sterilized individual accommodation

We will wipe your pets down with a sterilising cloth.

Using our own sterilized leads, We will put your dog out in one of our secure play agility arena's for exercise.

Be patient and understanding in these difficult and ever changing times.
